- Halloumi 250 gr
- Spring roll dough 2 pc
- Eggs 1
- Dried fruits and walnut marmalade 50 gr
- 1 mint spring
- Sunflower oil for frying
Cut the halloumi into rectangular shapes.
Wrap it in spring roll sheets placing the rectangular piece diagonal from one of the corners and wrap well. Brush the last edge with egg wash to stick.
In a deep pan put enough sunflower oil to cover the wrapped halloumi and bring to 180 Celsius.
Place the wrapped halloumi and fry till golden on all sides.
Separately heat up 50 gr of the marmalade in a sauce pan until is liquid enough to be like a thick sauce.
Cut the wrapped halloumi diagonal and top with the marmalade
Decorate with a mint spring and serve!
